Eligibility for Duke Energy Attic Insulation Rebates

You Must Work with a Duke Energy Smart $aver Contractor

To qualify for these rebates, you must hire a certified Duke Energy Smart $aver Trade Ally. These contractors are approved to meet Duke Energy’s standards and can apply the rebate directly to your invoice. A Home Energy Audit is Required Before You Start

Before claiming any rebates, Duke Energy requires a home energy audit. We will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if your home qualifies and identify the areas where insulation and air-sealing upgrades will be most beneficial. Standard Insulating Company offers this energy analysis free of charge for homeowners in South Carolina. Our team will measure your attic insulation, locate any air leaks, and manage all necessary documentation to secure your rebate

Who’s Eligible for Duke Energy Rebates?

Your home must meet the following requirements:

    • Be a single-family home, townhome, or condo with its own attic space.
    • Air sealing must decrease home air leakage by 5% or more.
